COVID-19: Our Letter to Customers

Friends and Neighbors,

First, a special thank you from our team to all on the front line during this unimaginable time.

We know no words will do justice to everyone's individual experience over the last couple weeks. I will be honest, it has not been easy on us as a business. We are striving daily to make the best decisions to protect our customers and employees.

As a supplier and essential service to Los Angeles’ critical infrastructure, residential and commercial sectors, All in One remains open for business at this time. As a small business we are thankful for this and don’t take this obligation lightly. The whole team at All in One Electric feel the weight of our responsibility to the community, particularly right now. We also understand the responsibility we have to help limit the spread of the virus. To that effect, we’ve rolled out a series of extra measures which we are following.

Enhanced Health & Safety Policies

We are taking the extra preventative steps outlined by the CDC as well as keeping the warehouse and our fleet clean and disinfected. We have eliminated handshakes from greeting procedures and maintain maximum personal space.

Our employees have all been instructed to take necessary precautions and avoid coming to work at the first sign of any illness.

The payment process is now fully contactless for customers.

As many people and businesses still need help with essential electrical services, I felt it was important to reach out. As you navigate the situation in the days and weeks ahead, know that we’re right there with you. Please feel free to contact me or the team at info@allinone.la or by phone at +1 (310) 299 7265 at any time if you have questions or concerns.

We’ll weather this storm, together. Our city, Los Angeles, will be back stronger and better than ever. We’re looking forward to rolling up our sleeves and working together to get this crisis under control and ultimately come out ahead.

With great appreciation,
